An encrypted connection into the network, nothing more.
MentatNOC reaches devices over an encrypted connection into the customer network. It handles device health and metadata only: no footage ever leaves the site. The platform sees whether a device is healthy, not what its camera is pointed at.
Vendor coverage is deliberately focused rather than exhaustive: deep support for Axis, Bosch, and Hanwha cameras. MentatNOC does not support NDAA-restricted manufacturers.
